Current studio in Kansas City includes over 40 students. Ages range from 3rd Grade to College Undergraduates and adult hobbyists.
100% of students who attended the 2007 KS State Solo/Ensemble Contest received Superior (I) ratings.
100% of students who auditioned for Northeast Kansas District Band from 2001-present were accepted. All 3 students who auditioned in 2004 were placed in the top 6 overall.
One of my students recently won Principal Horn in the 2005 Kansas All-State Orchestra (the highest honor possible), and another won 5th Horn. I`ve had several other students win positions in Kansas All-State Band and Orchestra as well.
100% of my students received superior ratings on their solos at the 2004 regional solo/ensemble contest. Several students have also received superior ratings at the Kansas State solo/ensemble contest.
One student attended the 2006 Advanced Horn Workshop at Interlochen as a Freshman in High School.
