She has an extensive background in teaching on wind instruments. She began teaching in 99/00 through her high school`s music programme. She has taught music/band at both the Borden Air Cadet Summer Training Centre (Senior Band 2IC 2002, Intermediate Band Sgt 2000), and at the Blackdown Army Cadet Summer Training Centre which opened it`s doors in 2003 to the Air Cadets as the other camp closed down. (Senior Band/CLI/Duty Band 2IC 2001, Junior Band Flight Commander 2003).
